Participation	30% of the participants will read 20 mintues a day. (which will total 20 hours by the end of the program).	31%-50% of the participants will read 20 minutes a day.	Over 51% of the participants will read 20 minutes a day.	Online reading records.
Literacy/ Reading Skills	50% of the participants  who complete the program will maintain or improve their reading skills.	51-65% of the participants who complete the program will maintain or improve their reading skills.	Over 66% of the participants who complete the pogram will maintain or improve their reading skills.	Online reading records.  Records will show an increase or continuation in the reading level of books recorded.
Participant Satisfaction	50% of the participants will express a desire to participate in the program the next summer.	51-75% of the participants will express a desire to participate in the program the next summer.
